Abstract

This research aims to highlight the importance of the strategies of dialogue and role exchange among students in the educational process and their role in preserving intellectual security, as well as in cultivating a conscious and cultured generation that believes in purposeful and constructive dialogue, rejects rote learning, dogmatism, domination of opinion, closed-mindedness, and marginalization of diverse student perspectives.

The researcher adopted the inductive method in this study, which involves collecting scientific material from its original sources, analyzing it, and deriving the role resulting from the teacher’s use of the dialogue strategy in education and its contribution to preserving intellectual security.

The study provides an objective and realistic vision that assists the school community in applying the constructive dialogue strategy in schools. This vision is characterized by flexibility and applicability, stemming from an understanding of the current educational reality prevailing in schools, with adequate clarification of the role assigned to each party involved in the educational process, in order to ensure the success of the dialogue strategy in education and its role in preserving intellectual security.

The research concluded with a set of results and recommendations mentioned throughout the study, including that among the pillars of intellectual security are: faith, knowledge, and enjoining what is right. Dialogue plays a constructive and preventive role in intellectual security by strengthening and deepening faith, consolidating knowledge, and promoting enjoining what is right. The school also has a positive and leading role, through its plans and programs, in opening channels of dialogue and integrating them into all educational curricula, teaching and assessment methods, as well as in-class and extracurricular activities and meetings.
