Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the degree to which mathematics teachers in Al-Shobak Area possess the competencies of electronic test design in light of the requirements of distance education. The study sample consisted of (45) male and female teachers; To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire-included (25) items- has been consisted, its validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study showed that the degree of teachers’ possession of the competencies of electronic test design is high, also revealed that there were no statistical  significant differences at the significance level (α ≥ 0.05) in the teachers' responses, due to the variables (gender, educational qualification and teaching experience), the study recommends the necessity of providing special software for designing electronic tests for mathematics, and training teachers to use it in a safe electronic environment.
