Abstract
This research explains the most important reasons that led to Britain's withdrawal from the European Union and analyzes the most important security and economic political repercussions that were reflected as a result of this withdrawal on Britain. This research covers the period from the summer of 2016 to the year 2023, a year after Britain left the European Union, where Britain conducted a referendum for its people to determine the position on staying or withdrawing from the European Union with an operation called 'Brexit'.
The descriptive analytical approach was mainly adopted in this research, as this approach works to determine the characteristics of a specific phenomenon and describe its nature and define the relationship between the variables, directions, and causes that revolve around a specific problem.
The research has come to the most prominent political, economic, and security repercussions, whether they appeared directly, or those that may appear shortly.
