Abstract
The study aims to demonstrate the mechanism and how to implement electronic litigation in the Jordanian judiciary, which is a judicial system based on foundations, rules, legislation and judicial rulings in light of the era of informatics and digital technology. In civil procedures, presenting the idea of electronic court in criminal cases.
Adopting a methodology based on research, analysis and evaluation in order to reach results and make recommendations, the most important of results is that the litigation process and judicial procedures are carried out electronically in all civil and penal transactions and cases from the beginning of the litigation stages until the execution of the judgment, proving documents and challenging them or hearing witnesses and others until the judgment is issued and signed and electronic extracts.
Among the most important recommendations that came out of the study is the gathering and unification of the legislative system in one codification on electronic litigation, the establishment of a special mail for every citizen and resident in Jordan, which will be like the identity number for him, and the activation of the digital identity system for citizens so that all electronic correspondences, including notifications, notifications and decisions, are sent to him, Which contributes to solving the issue of advertising once and for all.
